From R-E-L-A-X to "I think we can run the table", Aaron Rodgers has shown the ability to say just the right thing at just the right time. This off-season, Rodgers has a message for the fans. I mentioned on Good Packer Nation Morning a few weeks back an interview that Rodgers did with Evan Daniels that was very insightful (big thanks to Phil). But with Rodgers...sometimes you have to read between the lines. Rodgers said that "Green Bay Packers fans should be really excited about the season and the possibilities". What did he mean by that? Obviously, we can't know all…

4 Possibilities…What is YOUR Pick?

The only thing becoming clearer as the time to the draft hits the two week mark is that the Packers number 29 decision is unclear. One thing I believe that Packer Nation has to get used to is the idea that two very good players, perhaps at different positions will be staring Ted Thompson in the eye when the Packers go on the clock. If it was only cornerbacks that seem to be rising to the surface as the Packers' first pick, there would be debate about which was better, or a better fit, or more versatile. This year, nothing…

Are there other players available at a position of greater need? Is one position deeper, possibly yielding a player of similar skill-set in the next round? The…

Aaron Rodgers has said that this year's Packers team needs to "reload". As far as the defense is concerned...this team is rebuilding. As much as we would like to forget about it, the Packers were one respectable defense away from another Super Bowl appearance last year. The offense was not the problem. With that 20/20 hindsight, fast-forward to the off-season, where the Packers lost Sam Shields, Micah Hyde, Julius Peppers, and Datone Jones. The addition of Davon House and Ricky Jean Francois were...part of the rebuilding process. The Packers have two second-year players in Kenny Clark and Dean Lowry that…
