If there was one thing I could change in the game against the Chicago Bears, it would be Davante Adams dropping the ball. If the Packers could have changed that one thing, it would have made all the difference in the game. The Pack breaks a 3 game losing streak last night with their win over the Vikings, as I stated in my post "A Little Reminder", our beloved team would win this one big, I even said mark my words! Raves: The defense came out firing on all eleven cylinders and the key was stopping one of the best running backs in the game - Adrian Peterson, holding him to 45 yards rushing made the Vikings try to beat them with Bridgewater's arm which let Capers tee off with some well-timed blitzes. They kept pressure on Teddy the whole game, sacking him six times…

With the opener against Da Bears right around the corner Ted Thompson did something he is strongly against by bringing in a veteran free agent (James Jones) to fill a position otherwise occupied by their young developmental players. With Jordy Nelson going down for the season it looked like Cobb and Adams would step into the spotlight and Myles White, Jeff Janis and Ty Montgomery would follow suit in being the next man up but with the signing of Jones that all changed. The Packers strength at wide receiver, and the addition of another slew of wide receivers in this year and last year's draft has created a very congested camp at the postion. We all know who the top three will be unless something miraculous happens...Nelson, Cobb, and Adams. But after that, the picture gets fuzzy with Jeff Janis back, Jared Abbrederis expecting to be full speed, Myles White, Ty Montgomery, and five undrafted free agents who could prove to be more than just camp legs. The Packers will have decisions to make about the receiver corps at the end of August. All of Packernation will be waiting with bated breath to see who makes the roster and who heads to the practice squad or packs his bags.
