How is it that you drive down South 4th street and the same welfare bums are sitting there not doing a damn thing. It must be nice to eat steak and get 1000.00 a month for food,have you rent paid, all your utilities are paid, get health care for free,cell phone bill paid, drive a new car and insurance paid.
