Vikings Packers FootballI ran across this highlight video and just had to share it. Man, was it fun to watch this guy play.

I think this guy is starting to get the same nose for the ball that Charles had.

Most Dangerous Substance on Earth - Packer Offense

J.R. Augustine grew up in Black River Falls, WI and is currently living in Tennessee. He was born a Packer fan and survived the infamous 70s and 80s. He has immensely enjoyed the Packers' recent success and is looking forward to years of success to come.

I’m not convinced that any amount of money could have kept Woodson in GB. Everything I’ve read says he was thinking about retirement soon, and wanted to retire as a Raider.

Thompson hasn’t done better than average with our roster. Rodgers fell into his lap, and he’s struggled to put good defense on the field year after year. He also sticks with players who are proven busts; Marshall Newhouse, Worthy, Brad Jones, etc., etc.. In my opinion, Ted Thompson/Mike McCarthy do not compare favorably in any way to Ron Wolf/Mike Holmgren. 😉

Really, DavidW? You don’t remain a consistently good team like the Packers by drafting bad players year in and year out. Everyone is so quick to point out TT’s misses but few give him credit for his hits. TT traded up to get Clay. TT didn’t have to take Rodgers. We still had Favre and had more pressing needs than QB to use that first round pick on. There have been many solid contributors that were undrafted free agents. I could go on, but I have this feeling you still wouldn’t get it.

I think Woodson has been a better S than CB, better ball hawk and better use of his tackling skills and run stuffing abilities. Regardless of what happens on Sunday, Charles Woodson is a first ballet HOF inductee. 🙂
